I really have no words for the tragedy that happened in Boston today, and I'm struggling to comprehend the cowardice of those responsible. I submitted a bid for my own house this evening.

It all happened so fast, it was pretty surrreal. And it's difficult to really wrap my brain around yet it since I've never had an actual place that was just mine.

I'll find out if the sellers accept my offer tomorrow, so I guess we'll see!

Another night spent correcting a mound of papers. *groan*

I hate when real life and grown-up responsibilities take precedence when all I want to do is go out and give Dreamworks my money!

Not much besides a light mist out there so far, but they canceled school for the next two days already.

This . . . should be interesting.

Had kind of a sad day for a variety of reasons.

All the schools in my area are out for summer vacation. The kids are all running around during the day, some of the neighborhood pools are open, the weather guy on our local station has been playing "School's Out for Summer" on his forecast every morning this week, all the graduations have been listed in the paper ( Read more... )
